The Lytton Motorway Estate Project at was a highly successful project for Bess Concrete that allowed us to demonstrate our ability to deliver projects efficiency and on time with the highest quality achieved.

The scope of work for Bess Concrete included;

• 500m³ of footings
• 627m² of office ground slabs
• 1,183m² of office mezzamine slabs
• 37,512m² of internal post tension ground slabs - F Number tolerances
• 15,147 m² of external post tension ground slabs
• 15,689m² of external conventional slabs

Not only were Bess able to deliver astounding quality and a consistent finish to all slabs, the slabs were profiled and the F Numbers achieved were FF 84 FL 63 which was well above the specified tolerance and will be submitted in the annual “International Golden Trowel Awards”.
